Can we answer your questions?

Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure, however if you need to check-in/out at a different time please get in touch and we’ll try our best to accommodate your needs.

You can book direct with us here. Payment is made by credit/debit card (sorry, we cannot accept cash payments). If you need assistance please get in touch with us.

We have a key safe outside. The location and codes will be emailed to you 24 hours before check-in.

• We have a on site washing machines and dryers, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
• Bathrooms all have hand soap, shampoo shower gel and plenty of toilet roll!
• Fast free 350MB Virgin Fibre broadband
• 50” SMART TV’s with You tube, google, Amazon Prime, Netflix, BBC/ITV/CH/5 I player
• All rooms are fitted with Grohe ‘rainfall’ power showers and separate handshower set
• SMART heating controls via ‘Genius Hub’ to ensure any occupied room is always toasty!
• Fully equipped communal kitchen. So, you don’t always have to eat out or bring a sandwich back!
Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine for that special coffee to kick start your day. Together with a ‘Dualit Cino’ commercial milk steamer, just to finish that coffee off as it should.

We welcome whole property bookings and we can tailor your needs to suit. Please get in touch early as securing the whole property will require significant advance notice.

There are three private parking spaces at the back of the property. Should all the spaces be in use there is on street parking available which is free between the hours of 16:00 – 10:00, 7 days a week.
Please park responsibly and do not block any driveways or access to other properties.

Your health is our priority. We have implemented several measures to ensure our guests and staff are kept as safe as possible. Before your check in we ensure your safety by taking extra care when cleaning and disinfecting all frequently touched areas such as: door knobs, TV remotes, light switches, bathrooms and kitchen surfaces etc
